At JUNGLES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
